We are looking for an In-House Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring, working closely with managers to recruit high-quality candidates while maintaining strong relationships and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
- Manage the hiring process with respective managers.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, and referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
- Organise and participate in the Job Interview process, prepare offer letter, contract, and onboarding of new employees.
- Perform DBS, DBS Renewal, reference checks and other suitable checks as needed and create ID & maintain all employee records for staff.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR documents such as Employee handbook, letters, offer letters, contracts, New Starter form and other documents and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Coordinate with managers to allot mandatory training required by the company.
- Provide induction as necessary and inform payroll about starters and leavers for each month.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to provide a monthly report on recruitment to Directors.
- Liaise with Agency staff on a regular basis for eligible candidates and negotiate the rates.
- Advise managers and employees on right to work and vetting and barring requirements relating to employment, and oversee appropriate actions are taken, including submission of certification of sponsorship applications and vetting and barring applications as appropriate.
- Provide references such as Employee reference, VISA and immigration reference, Housing/Mortgage renting reference, and Council request.
