The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrow, responsible for coordinating and managing placement activities for candidates and partner institutions. On a day‑to‑day basis, the Placement Officer will build and maintain relationships with employers, identify suitable opportunities, and match candidates to roles based on their skills and aspirations. The role includes organizing campus and off‑campus placement drives, conducting pre‑placement sessions, and preparing candidates for interviews and selection processes. The Placement Officer will provide individual and group career counseling, track placement outcomes, and maintain accurate records and reports. Collaboration with training and academic teams, as well as regular communication with students, graduates, and hiring managers, is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in campus placement coordination and employer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in career counseling, guidance, or advisory support for students or job seekers.
  • Background in training and education, including delivering workshops or employability sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using office software and databases to manage candidate information and placement records.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement services is an advantage.
