The role includes 1:1 and small-group support for SEND, EAL and Pupil Premium pupils, adapting learning strategies and delivering interventions to raise attainment.
The LSA will contribute to PLPs, support progress tracking and help maintain a calm learning environment, while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality at all times.
