We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and dedicated Drama and Music Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven teaching experience to join our vibrant all-through school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about nurturing creativity, confidence and academic excellence through engaging and inclusive teaching.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Drama and Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating memorable learning experiences that motivate and challenge pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND, EAL, Pupil Premium and more able learners. You will play a key role in fostering a love for the performing arts, encouraging pupil participation both within and beyond the classroom through performances, enrichment activities and extra-curricular opportunities.

Working closely with colleagues and senior leaders, you will contribute to curriculum development, pupil progress, behaviour for learning and the wider life of the school. As a Form Tutor, you will also support pupils' personal development, wellbeing and aspirations, promoting high standards of attendance, punctuality, conduct and achievement.

The role requires a positive role model who is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and upholding the school's values of selfless service, excellence, respect, responsibility and aspiration. Candidates should demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills and a genuine commitment to supporting every child to thrive academically, socially and creatively. Safeguarding and inclusion are integral components of the post. You will uphold all school and statutory policies related to child protection, equality, health and safety, and the welfare of students.
