We are looking for someone to join our amazing school family, in which every person is genuinely appreciated and makes a meaningful contribution.
Settrington All Saints’ Church of England Primary School is a small rural primary school located in the beautiful village. We are looking for a dedicated caretaker/handy person to join our close-knit team. The position starts on 1st August 2025 and involves 7.5 hours work per week, with flexible timings to be agreed mutually and opportunities for additional hours.

The purpose of this role is to undertake the efficient maintenance, safety and security of the school and the safety and security of the grounds. This involves carrying out caretaking, handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage and minor repairs. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and secure premises, which includes buildings and grounds whilst promoting health and safety around the school.
