At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of, and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail focused Asset Support Officer to join our Asset team. You’ll play an important role in keeping our property data accurate and up to date, helping us make sure our homes remain safe, compliant and energy‑efficient. This is a varied role where you’ll support stock condition surveys, manage key data and documents, help coordinate appointments with residents, and provide essential administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep our asset data accurate by updating records, uploading documents and processing survey information.
  • Coordinate stock condition surveys, booking appointments, contacting residents and helping us reach hard‑to‑access homes.
  • Support EPC processes including ordering, tracking and liaising with contractors.
  • Run data checks and reports to help identify expiring warranties, maintenance needs and compliance gaps.
  • Provide admin support such as managing inboxes, arranging meetings, preparing letters and maintaining trackers.
  • Assist with resident communications to explain surveys, book appointments and answer queries.
  • Help process referrals from Housing Officers, OTs and other teams.
  • Support compliance by checking documents, cross‑referencing data and ensuring records meet GDPR requirements.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and accurate way.
  • Work flexibly across the team to support changing priorities and keep programmes moving.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with data and supporting a busy team. You take pride in accuracy, communicate clearly and stay calm when juggling multiple tasks.

  • Experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Experience maintaining databases accurately.
  • Ability to extract and organise raw data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Understanding of Decent Homes, HHSRS and EPC ratings.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating diaries or appointments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage trackers.
  • Confidence using Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with residents or booking systems.
  • Knowledge of stock condition processes.
  • Experience in the social housing sector.

  • Family‑friendly leave: Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
  • Health cash plan: claim up to £1,800 for everyday health costs (plus free kids’ cover)
  • Life cover and income protection
  • Flexible working: hybrid options, modern offices, free parking & EV charging

  • Car leasing via salary sacrifice (for permanent colleagues subject to conditions)
  • Funded training, qualifications & apprenticeships
