With over 30,000 properties based primarily across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the newly merged Settle Paradigm is focussed on delivering excellent services, high quality homes, and neighbourhoods to be proud of.
Settle Paradigm are now looking to recruit a Director of Investment Delivery to lead the strategic and operational delivery of all major investment programmes across their property portfolio.
This includes planned and cyclical works, major component programmes, voids refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation initiatives, and asset improvement projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring homes are safe, modern, energy-efficient, and compliant, and that investment programmes deliver excellent value for money and high levels of resident satisfaction.
This role will provide senior leadership, rigorous quality assurance, and strong commercial oversight of contractors and delivery partners.
The successful candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in asset investment, planned work and the delivery of large and complex capital programmes.
Expertise in contract management, commercial negotiations, procurement, and supply-chain performance is also needed to be effective in the role.

This is a hybrid role and can be based in either High Wycombe or Letchworth Garden City.
Salary will be c.£120-125k per annum.
