You'll also be the champion for our Learning Management System (LMS), helping to create a seamless and engaging learning experience. By ensuring colleagues can easily access high-quality learning content and by providing meaningful reporting and insights, you'll support informed decision-making and help demonstrate the value of our learning investment.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. It offers the opportunity to influence organisational performance, enhance the colleague experience and help build a culture where people can do their best work and continue to grow.

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you'll work with colleagues at all levels across SettleParadigm, building strong relationships and helping to shape our approach to learning and development for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and managers to identify learning needs and create effective development solutions.
  • Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives.

  • Deliver and enhance leadership and management development programmes.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship programmes and support colleagues to access professional qualifications and development opportunities.
  • Champion professionalism, continuous professional development (CPD) and career development pathways.
  • Use data, feedback and insight to measure impact, demonstrate return on investment and continuously improve learning activity.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted development partner and advisor.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a proactive and credible learning and development professional who enjoys working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to build capability and drive performance. You'll be equally comfortable designing strategy, facilitating learning, analysing data and delivering practical solutions. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping people grow and creating development opportunities that make a meaningful difference.
