SettleParadigm is seeking a Recruitment Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our busy in-house team. Hybrid work is available with two days in the office and three days remote.
You will manage vacancies end-to-end, write adverts, shortlist with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication. You will contribute to direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and proactive headhunting, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.
