SettleParadigm is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead statutory compliance and lifecycle management across core mechanical and electrical services, including lifts and water hygiene. The role is based in High Wycombe or Letchworth Garden City with a 37-hour week and a hybrid pattern (2 days in the office, 3 from home).
You’ll manage a small team of Coordinators and Administrators, drive data accuracy, contractor performance and procurement, and partner with Property Services.
