Settle Paradigm is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead learning and development across the organisation.

You’ll design, deliver and continuously improve learning and development solutions, partnering with leaders to identify needs and create practical programmes that boost performance.

You’ll champion our LMS, manage mandatory training and CPD, and drive apprenticeship pathways.
