Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating fire safety work, booking appointments, raising jobs and keeping track of progress
- Supporting fire safety servicing and repairs to make sure work is completed on time
- Managing the Fire Safety inbox and helping residents, contractors and colleagues with queries
- Uploading certificates and documents and keeping records accurate
- Allocating work to our Direct Labour team and external contractors
- Reviewing paperwork and challenging anything that doesn’t look right
- Supporting compliance by making sure testing and maintenance follow the right standards
- Helping close down completed jobs so our systems stay up to date
- Calling residents to confirm appointments and explain what’s happening
- Taking minutes in team meetings when needed
- Raising purchase orders for repairs and maintenance
- Supporting the Fire Safety Works Manager with project tasks and day‑to‑day admin

- Good IT skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint

- Understanding of fire safety basics (fire doors, fire stopping, equipment)
