Settle Paradigm is seeking a highly capable Chief Executive to shape the next chapter of a rapidly growing housing provider.

You will lead a post-merger integration, set strategic direction, and work with the board to realise full potential across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Based in our regional head offices with regular travel nationally, you will inspire the executive team, drive performance, ensure governance, regulatory compliance and excellent service for residents.
