SettleParadigm is recruiting a Director of Investment Delivery to lead the strategic and operational delivery of all major investment programmes across our property portfolio. You will oversee planned works, major capital projects, voids refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation initiatives, and asset improvement projects. The successful candidate will bring proven senior leadership in asset investment, with a track record of delivering large capital programmes.
