Our Stores team plays a key role in supporting our technicians, fleet operations and wider Property Services teams. • Maintaining a clean and organised site at Chesham, including regular checks at Travis Perkins
  • Ordering and managing stock, parts, materials, tools and uniform

  • Supporting fleet operations, minor repairs (mirrors, lenses, bulbs) and vehicle pick‑ups/deliveries
  • Acting as a keyholder, opening and closing the building
  • Maintaining safety records, PAT testing, ladder testing, harness checks and fire alarm testing
  • Keeping accurate stock and safety documentation

What A Typical Day Would Look Like

  • Stores are clean, organised and well‑stocked
  • Technicians receive a helpful, reliable service
  • Safety checks and records are completed accurately and on time
  • Materials and vehicles are moved efficiently between sites
  • Processes improve and the stores run smoothly day‑to‑day

About You

You’ll do well in this role if you:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Take pride in maintaining a safe workspace
  • Enjoy practical, hands‑on work
  • Can work well with technicians, fleet colleagues and suppliers
  • Are confident driving vans of different sizes
  • Are comfortable travelling between sites
  • Have the mobility and fitness needed for moving equipment
