SettleParadigm is seeking an Estates Operative to help keep our estates clean, safe and welcoming for residents. This role supports the Estate Services team with grounds maintenance, bulk waste removal and cleaning across communities, working both independently and with colleagues to maintain high standards.

You will operate across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire sites, performing grass cutting, hedge maintenance, litter removal and safety inspections while liaising with residents.
