This is one of the most exciting leadership roles in housing: a rare opportunity to lead a financially strong, ambitious organisation at the very start of its story, and to shape what it becomes. SettleParadigm was formed in October 2025 through the merger of Settle and Paradigm, and grew further in January 2026 with the acquisition of 3,500 homes in South Buckinghamshire. Today we manage more than 31,500 homes and serve around 72,000 residents across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, the largest housing association based in the region, and will launch under a new brand this October.
We have made great progress with our integration, and a strong, sustainable landlord and developer focused on delivering for our residents is already taking shape. SettleParadigm holds an A+ credit rating and, in May 2026, was confirmed by the Regulator of Social Housing at G1 for governance and V2 for financial viability. A full inspection, testing performance against the Consumer Standards for the first time as SettleParadigm, is expected in the first half of 2027.
Our incoming Chief Executive will have the platform and momentum to help us go from good to great. We are led by a strong, talented and collaborative executive team, who are already showing what SettleParadigm is capable of together. This is the opportunity for a new Chief Executive: to leverage that talent, energising and enabling the team to build a modern, data-informed housing provider that colleagues, partners and residents recognise as one of the best in the country.
For this high-profile role, we are looking for someone with the leadership credibility and confidence to inspire and enable our team, lead the continued delivery of our post-merger integration plan, and work collaboratively with the board to realise the full potential of this exciting new chapter. We need someone with significant strategic and corporate leadership experience of complex, large and growing asset and people-based organisations, a substantial service delivery track record across multi-site operations, strong commercial and financial acumen, and excellent insight into operating in a regulated environment. Above all, we need someone with a commitment to our purpose and the people we house, and the ability to bring our people together to deliver our ambitious goals.
The role will be based primarily in our High Wycombe and Letchworth head offices, and will require regular travel across the region and nationally.
