As an Employment Solicitor, you'll be supporting employees when they are facing the prospect of losing their job due to redundancy, disciplinary or performance issues. Or they need us to help them initiate a means to leave their job due to mistreatment, discrimination or other forms of work place dispute. This is a very difficult time for most employees and you can really make a difference by ensuring that they get the best possible support and advice. You will work alongside experienced senior solicitors, with support and supervision matched to your level of experience. Because we focus exclusively on settlement agreements, you will quickly build a depth of expertise in this area that few employment solicitors can match.
