Or they need us to help them initiate a means to leave their job due to mistreatment, discrimination or other forms of work place dispute. You will work alongside experienced senior solicitors, with support and supervision matched to your level of experience. Because we focus exclusively on settlement agreements, you will quickly build a depth of expertise in this area that few employment solicitors can match. Advising employees on the terms and effects of their settlement agreement, both over the telephone and in writing; • Negotiating the best terms possible for your clients, both financial and non-financial; • Working in a fast growth scale-up with exceptional people and striving to help us maintain our number one position within the industry. You will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales), from newly qualified upwards, with employment law experience, whether gained during your training or through years of post-qualification practice.
