- Conduct telephone and video consultations with genuine warmth and expertise
- Proactively respond to client communications, anticipating needs and keeping clients fully supported throughout

- Backed by an SRA-regulated practice (No. 801426) with accessible leadership.
- Competitive rates paid monthly, structured to reward quality and volume of work.

Fully remote. Self-employed. Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with schedule flexibility via shared calendar.
What We're Looking For
- You hold a current Practising Certificate, are SRA-regulated, and bring:
- Employment law depth — confident across unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, whistleblowing, and settlement agreement clause mechanics
- Emotional intelligence — you listen first, manage client distress with genuine care, and deliver difficult advice warmly and in plain English
- Pragmatic judgment — proportionate, commercially aware, knowing when to negotiate and when to accept
- Resilience at volume — you manage a fast-paced caseload, sustaining genuine warmth and care for every client, every time
- Digital fluency — confident with tech-enabled workflows; our systems are central to delivering Gold Standard service at pace
- Coachability — receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
