An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support a highly ambitious and fast-paced CEO. This is a hands-on role for someone who is always five steps ahead — ready to take full ownership of both the CEO’s business and personal affairs. This is a hybrid role and will include in-person time at serviced offices near Ringwood, Hampshire, and at the CEO’s purpose-built home office near Fordingbridge. Weekly working locations will vary depending on the CEO’s schedule — so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Diary and inbox management
- Acting as gatekeeper for clients, staff, and external contacts
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, following up on actions
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Tracking deadlines and managing projects
- Driving efficiencies and improving internal processes
- Coordinating the family calendar and logistics
- Supporting with personal errands and property tasks
- Adapting support week-to-week as required
About You
- Proven experience as an EA to a CEO or HNWI
- Proactive, organised, and confident managing high demands
- Experienced working in a regulated environment such as law or financial services
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Discreet, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
- Tech-savvy, especially with Google Workspace and productivity tools
- Able to travel to Hampshire as needed
