Settlebeck School are seeking a dedicated Advanced Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and independence, and create an inclusive, supportive environment that enables every student—particularly those with SEND—to achieve their full potential.
As an Advanced LSA, you will:
- Provide high-quality support to enhance teaching and learning across the school
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to promote confidence, independence, and aspiration
- Support students with SEND, helping remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes
- Deliver targeted interventions and adapted learning strategies
- Contribute to pupil assessments, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and progress reviews
- Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to support pupils holistically
