About the Role/team

We’re excited to offer a full‑time permanent opportunity for Multiskilled Void Repairs Technicians to join our expanding Voids team. This mobile role covers our property portfolio across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding regions. You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance in void properties, applying technical expertise across three or more trades to deliver high‑quality results. You’ll play a vital role in minimising void rent loss by adhering to void standards, ensuring properties are hazard‑free, and completing works efficiently and effectively. You’ll be based out of our Head Office in High Wycombe and our Stores Room in Chesham for equipment, property packs, and team briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance works in void properties
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures
  • Achieve first‑time fixes and complete repairs within target response times
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and staff, providing excellent customer care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports on completed work
  • Manage tools, materials, and vehicle stock efficiently
  • Minimise waste and support continuous improvement
