A well-established Civil Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key commercial leadership role within its expanding Northern England Division. With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, this role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial function on projects and influence regional growth.
The Role:
- Acting as commercial lead on allocated projects
- Full Cost & Value control and CVR ownership
- Leading subcontract procurement and negotiations
- Managing client applications and final accounts
- Issuing contractual notices and advising site teams
- Managing variations and NEC contractual processes
About You:
- Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
- Track record of leading the commercial function on projects
- Strong NEC contract knowledge
- Confident negotiator with client-facing experience
- Degree qualified (QS) | CSCS | Full UK driving licence
