A growing Civil Engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support continued expansion across the Northern England region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially capable QS who is ready to take ownership of projects while working within a supportive and collaborative commercial team.
The Role:
- Managing subcontract procurement and package administration
- Preparing and agreeing client applications
- Cost & Value reporting (CVR)
- Managing variations and change control
- Subcontract account management and certification
- Supporting contractual matters under NEC contracts
About You:
- Experience operating at Project QS level
- Strong cost control and commercial reporting experience
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Confident dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Degree qualified (QS) | CSCS | Full UK driving licence
