I’m working with a well-established Civil Engineering contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects from pricing stage through to completion, with responsibility for planning, programme, and delivery. They deliver a mix of projects across the North West, including energy, renewables, water, highways, and general infrastructure, and have a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Cheshire.
Duties
- Managing programmes, budgets, and resources
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Keeping on top of health & safety and quality
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated
- Dealing with any issues as they come up
- Supporting the commercial side with costs, valuations, and variations
