We're representing a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a diverse range of water, infrastructure, highways and general civil engineering projects across Cheshire and the North West. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced General Foreman to join their team on a range of heavy civils schemes.
The Role
As General Foreman, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor productivity and quality, and work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to successfully deliver projects.

- Earthworks
- Infrastructure Works
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman within the heavy civils or water sector.
- Strong background delivering drainage, reinforced concrete and infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate daily site activities.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
