What You'll Be Doing

As Social Value Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate social value delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting bids and developing tailored social value plans
  • Attending project interviews and client meetings
  • Monitoring social value performance and impact
  • Managing project-level reporting and data accuracy
  • Organising community engagement events (e.g., job fairs, charity events)
  • Collaborating with clients, supply chain, and internal teams
  • Creating engaging case studies and PR materials
  • Leading on regional social value strategy and KPIs
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in delivering social value within the construction sector or a similar field (e.g., education, employment, or third sector)
  • Strong knowledge of social value frameworks, KPIs, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confident using MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving licence required
