I am currently recruiting a site manager who has plenty of experience on projects.
Key duties will be:
- Regularly review timings, labour, materials and plant and project plans to ensure work stays on programme.
- Visit the sites and identify the defects and resources required to cater to the job.
- Maintain constant contact with all sub-contractors to ensure adherence to the set programme.
- Give toolbox talks and assist with site set up.
- Lead on Health & Safety.
- Work closely with site/project managers, whether direct or sub-contracted.
- Manage Quality Assurance and Logistics.
Essential experience needed: SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
Pay Rate: £25 per hour. Weekly pay on a Friday.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
