Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well run and busy Top Tier building contractor whom are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team. Sectors worked on include, commercial, educational, and government sectors. Please note NEC contract experience is highly sort on this project. This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one. Key responsibilities Assisting Commercial Manager Produce valuations and payment applications It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements, predominantly social housing, unsupervised. Surveying of properties and pricing. Identify changes to works information Costing variations Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc Subcontract account management Cost reporting This is a great entry position to work with an expanding company and work locally.
