Our client is a well-run Top Tier contractor looking for an experienced construction Design Manager to work on a new landmark construction project from an architectural background.
Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Managing the design process using your commercial, contractual, planning and technical expertise.
- Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design.
- Encouraging and working with consultants to produce accurate work using their experience, resources and verve.
- Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.
