Your Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
- Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process (CV Screening).
- Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: Renew and update job postings via the platform.
- Update the job description to attract more candidates.
- Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO.

- Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
- Have a UK work permit.
- Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
- Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments.
- Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.
- No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.
Flexible: The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
