SetSales is Northern Europe’s leading sales community, connecting and developing commercially-minded executives, decision makers in sales, and aspiring entrepreneurs. SetSales is part of United Media ( which specializes in building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO and be responsible for scaling the client success and operations departments, becoming an integral part of the management team, and working closely with the founders. Your team will handle onboarding, manage delivery processes, and report on performance. Set goals, evaluate performance, and promote a high-performance culture. People Management: User Journey: Collaborate closely with the organization to create an exceptional end-to-end user experience.
