The Opportunity

As an MBA Graduate, you will manage all aspects of SetSales, including building and leading a team, and executing the brand strategy. You should possess strong leadership, communication skills, ambition, and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment and scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set expectations, establish goals, and provide feedback.
• Execute strategies quickly.
• Develop the company\’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments (management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startup).
• Bachelor\’s degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and business passion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of results.
• UK, EU, or US work permit.
