As our Graduate Head Hunter, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest brand within Insurtech. You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never-ending growth curve, we provide you with:
- An opportunity to get operational experience in a start-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business
- A chance to work closely with the CEO on our recruiting strategy

- 12-month internship with the possibility of a full-time role either in recruitment or other departments of the company.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
- Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening)
- Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse:
- Renew and update job postings via the platform.
- Update the job description to attract more candidates
- Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
- You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO
What we expect from you
- Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
- Have a UK work permit
- Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you
- Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments
- Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.
- No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.
