Your Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary but are centered around: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, set clear goals and evaluate performance regularly, and recruit and onboard team members. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and website. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. What we expect from you We are looking for candidates who: Have +10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry. Have a relentless drive to be the best at what they do. Possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. Take ownership, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Are curious about people and enjoy building and nurturing relationships. Are excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing. Are well-organised and can structure and prioritise work.
