We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join our Finance team and serve as a true business generalist. This is not a narrow FP&A role — you’ll partner directly with the VP of Finance and play a critical part in driving company-wide initiatives. From shaping financial strategy to supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll be trusted to take on whatever the business needs most at any given moment. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where no two days look the same.
You’ll build financial models, prepare board materials, support cross-functional projects, and step in as a problem-solver for the company’s most pressing priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution.
- Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.
- Lead strategic projects that require both financial rigor and operational follow-through — from building models to coordinating implementation across teams.
- Step into critical gaps in company operations: streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives.
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority projects (strategic finance, operations, or special projects) and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency. Experience partnering with non-finance teams and explaining financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders. 4-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in Investment banking or Management Consulting and ideally, 2 years in a high-growth startup.
