The Role

You\’ll manage a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, advising both employers and individuals on:

• Contracts, policies, and day‑to‑day HR issues
• Disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring matters
• TUPE transfers and change management projects
• Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims
• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Executive exits and settlement negotiations

You\’ll work closely with senior colleagues across the firm, contributing to client development initiatives, while mentoring junior lawyers and shaping best practice in a growing, forward‑looking team.

What You\’ll Bring

• 4+ years\’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical ability and a confident, commercial approach
