We are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE to join our well-placed client in Newbury. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing a diverse caseload of family and matrimonial law matters whilst assisting senior Partners on more complex matters. Both aspects include offering expert legal guidance and representing clients with a high level of professionalism.

As a Family Solicitor, you will be tasked with providing expert advice on a range of family law issues such as divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. Additionally, you will be conducting negotiations, mediations, and when necessary, representing clients in court. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a crucial aspect of this role, along with staying informed about changes in family law and legal developments.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE, possessing substantial experience in handling family and matrimonial law matters. A strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding family law is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. The ability to work effectively within a team and independently is a key requirement, as is a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
