The role involves hiring a Corporate Commercial Partner to join their office based in the heart of the West End of London. You will join a team of five in the corporate commercial department. The team are highly experienced and have a reputation for punching above their weight. You will find a broad client base that spans many industry sectors, making for an interesting caseload.

You will work with the Head of Department to drive the department forwards, be involved with planning and strategy, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team. The team receives most of their work from referrals, which speaks volumes to the level of service they provide. The caseload will include:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Restructuring and insolvency
  • Partnerships
  • Joint ventures
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Commercial agreements
  • Data protection
  • Inwards investment and start-ups
