Commercial Property Solicitor

This thriving, medium sized law firm is seeking a solicitor to join and become an integral part of their commercial property team which is ranked in Chambers & Partners.

The Role

You will need to be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 1-4 years PQE and be able to run your own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner).

You will need to be able to deal with the following:

• Grants and assignments of leases
• Sales and purchases
• Property finance
• Options and development matters
• Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).

You should be keen to further your career as a commercial property lawyer and to begin to develop strong client relationships. Good communication and IT skills are essential.
