The Role
The firm seeks a Civil Litigation Solicitor (2+PQE) with cross board knowledge of disciplines and the courts. You will take on a varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters including Employment, Personal Injury and more.
Whilst working closely with the Head Of Department, your key responsibilities will include;
- Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance.
- Running a caseload of client matters in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, SRA Code, LAA Contract, Lexcel, CQS and SQM requirements
- If applicable, supervision of staff
