An exciting opportunity to join the Blank Canvas team working with young people in Redcar.

We are seeking to recruit a Youth Worker to take a lead role in three exciting areas:

1. Compass Programme
2. St Hilda’s Youth Club
3. YAFA (Youth and Families Advocacy) Programme

In this role, you will have the opportunity to see transformation in the lives of some of Redcar\’s most at-risk and disengaged young people, equipping them with practical tools to break destructive patterns, a safe space in which to be listened to, and an empowering boost to their self-esteem.
