We are looking for a gifted youth leader who will help the whole church press into God’s presence, and someone who has a particular passion to see young people coming to faith and developing their gifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Encouraging and developing the young people in the life of All Saints.
- Developing other areas of ministry such as discipleship, creativity, and evangelism amongst our young people.
- Leading and developing youth work within the church, ensuring it is of a high standard and open to the Spirit’s direction.
- Working with youth in the community, starting new initiatives and developing detached work.
- Recruiting and managing volunteers for youth work, managing the rota via Church Suite, and general administration.
- Being a link with the local secondary school, Oldfield Academy.
- Ensuring the safety of our young people by providing a safe space and adhering to the highest standards in safeguarding and safer recruitment.
- Collaborating with our Children's and Families Team Leader and Worship and Young Adults leader to seek the fullness of the Kingdom of God.
