Neal Street Espresso (NSE) is a coffee shop with a difference – serving the best quality specialist coffee whilst offering new hope to prison leavers looking to transform their lives through a discipleship programme and faith in God.
The post-holder will manage both the coffee shop and the Meeting Space. They will champion customer service, a welcoming environment and coffee quality, ensuring standards are kept high, and staff and team members are well trained. They will maintain and develop the strong customer base across the business and achieve turnover and profit targets.
They will work with the Prison Resettlement and Outreach Manager to ensure that NSE provides suitable work experience for Team Members.
