St. Luke's Maidstone is a charismatic evangelical Anglican church with strong links to New Wine and the Diocese of Canterbury. We are also a 'Resourcing Church' in the Church of England and are passionate about helping to plant and revitalise churches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • We’re looking for someone with a passion for children’s ministry and a heart to reach children and their families beyond the church community with the good news of Jesus.
  • A dynamic leader for our children’s ministry.
  • Someone who loves Jesus and loves seeing children come to faith and grow in their faith.
  • You will have experience in developing a vision, building teams, training others, a good organiser/planner and able to deliver an exciting and fun children’s ministry.
  • This role builds on the great work of our previous post holder and our amazing volunteer kid’s team at St. Luke’s over many years.
  • The role will require elements of building on existing ministries and pioneering new ones both inside and outside the church in our community.
