Do you have a heart for shared life and a passion for people and hospitality? We are a vibrant intentional and ecumenical community based at Scargill House in the heart of North Yorkshire. We are seeking a new community member to play a key role as part of our Pastoral & Teaching Team; sharing God's welcome to a wide variety of guests.

Do you have strong pastoral and teaching gifts? Good people skills and a desire to share in the lives of guests and community alike, and of course have fun!

We are looking for a commissioned leader (lay or ordained), of a church affiliated to the Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and welcome applicants from a range of denominations as those outside the Church of England are currently underrepresented in the team.

This post is suitable for a person who would welcome the challenge of being part of a team 'holding' the community through a time of transition. This post is a live-in position for 3 years with yearly reviews. Accommodation and day-to-day living expenses are provided together with a monthly allowance and pension contribution.

Applicants need to hold a UK passport or have the right to work in the UK for 3 years +.
