We are working with a fast-growing manufacturing SME near Bridgwater that is looking to bring in a Compliance Analyst to help strengthen and mature its quality and compliance function as the business scales. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations rather than buried in policy documents.
The role:
- Support and maintain the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Manage document control, records and change control processes
- Support internal and external audits and follow up on actions
- Track non-conformances, CAPAs and continuous improvement activities

- Help ensure processes, suppliers and outputs remain compliant as the business grows
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated SME environment
- Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (hands-on, not theoretical)
- Comfortable dealing with audits, documentation and cross-functional teams
- Methodical, organised and confident enough to challenge when needed
- Keen to grow with a business rather than hide in a corporate silo
Why this role?
- Join a business at an exciting growth stage, where your work genuinely matters
