About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated IT Technician to deliver on‑site technical support across a network of sites in Swindon. This is a varied, fast‑paced role covering hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, alongside advising on IT best practice. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering on‑site IT support across multiple sites
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems
  • Advising staff on IT best practices and providing hands‑on technical guidance
  • Upholding safeguarding, data protection, and cybersecurity standards in line with site policies
  • Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records of incidents, resolutions, and equipment assets

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in an IT support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking principles, and hardware diagnostics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Full, valid UK driving licence - essential for travel between sites
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance prior to commencement
  • Valid UK passport (required for right‑to‑work verification)
