Overview: Our client is a fast-expanding provider of electric steam and hot water systems, offering advanced low-carbon heating solutions to leading organisations across the food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK and global markets. This is a great step-up role for someone that has led commercial growth and wants to move into a growing/evolving group with lots of new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead UK and international sales strategies
- Target sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team and partner network
- Lead key account management and high-value negotiations
- Provide market insight on electrification and regulatory trends
- Represent the company at industry events and support strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on growth objectives
- Positioned for future leadership progression within the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or Sales Director role
- Strong background in industrial equipment, energy systems, or HVAC
- International sales experience and understanding of export markets
